The G8 Designs Complete G8 Cooling Fan Harness replaces your entire old burned up cooling fan harness from the main plug to the fan motor plugs and allows proper current flow to your cooling fans. Simply splice our plug and wires in place of your old plug, run your fan motor wires and plug them in!

GM no longer manufactures their replacement fan harness which was only half of the main plug to the motor plugs, but we make the entire assembly here in Florida, per customer order. Splice it in and go!

These cars are now 10+ years old, and with age, your cooling fan motors start pulling high current, especially in hot weather with extended idling. This causes wires to overheat, relay contacts to burn up, and can destroy your cooling fan connector plug! The plastic of the plug will melt and the terminals inside will become brittle, fall apart, and even short out! When this happens, your fans won't turn at optimum speed, and may stop turning at all. Order our complete fan harness and get your wiring back in order.
